I was on an online marketing course and they were discussing the influence that on-line reviews have on customers. I admit to reading restaurant reviews before trying something new and do look at the overall theme of the comments rather than just the negatives ones.
I am very proud of the service and treatments we provide at ASPA but of course we are not perfect and don’t always get it right. On other occasions we find ourselves in the difficult position of not being able to do anything right for certain individuals and rather than resolving the matter in-house, they just put their version of the story on-line. This can be very damaging for a small business. Especially in this day and age with the power of the internet and how it influences one’s decision making process about whether to use a business or not.
