Veronika has more than 30 years experience in physical training and has been been a Pilates practitioner for the past 20 years. As a classical ballet dancer in opera houses such as Munich, Lisbon and Geneva, she used Pilates to strengthen her body and prevent injuries. Veronika is a certified Romana’s Pilates Instructor.
